We will begin our tour with a visit to the Kinzmarauli Corporation winery, one of the largest wine producers, where they will tell us the secret of the Georgian wine-making technology.

Next, we will invite you to dinner at the peasant family, where you will be served a traditional table from the Kakhetian mistress (extra charge).

The last point of our tour will be Signagi - the city of Love. Sighnaghi is a small town in eastern Georgia, on the mountainside, in the historical region of Kakheti. The center of the historical and geographical area of ​​Kiziki, is located on terraces, connecting winding steep streets.

Our first stop will be in Ananuri, a fortress that served as the main stronghold for the Aragvi Eristaves, the rulers of this region. The fortress arose in the 16th century and over the next two centuries served as the northern outpost of the Transcaucasian defense, blocking the road leading from the Darial Gorge.

Next, we will stop at the "Arch of Friendship", which was built as an observation deck in honor of the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of St. George.

The last point of our trip will be Gergeti, located at an altitude of 2,170 m at the foot of Kazbek along the Georgian Military Highway in the Georgian village of Gergeti, just above the village of Stepantsminda. Built in the XIV century, the shrine is the only cross-domed temple in the area of ​​Hevi. Near the temple is preserved medieval bell tower.

Today we are going to the south of Georgia. Our first stop will be the famous spa resort - Borjomi. Borjomi is a resort in the center of Georgia, famous for all post-Soviet space sources of healing mineral water. The name of the city has two Georgian roots: “Borzh” - “fortress, wall” and “omi” - “war, battle”. In ancient times, the city of Borjomi was a natural fortress, the walls of which served the mountains of the Caucasus. We will visit with you the famous Borjomi Park and try the water from Ekaterinensky spring.

Next we go to the Green Monastery. The name “Green Monastery” alone paints a picture of a quiet and ancient monastery, which is located away from the bustle of the world among beautiful high mountains, dense green forests and on the bank of a fast noisy river that carries its clear waters somewhere far, far away. In principle, the way it really is. But, most importantly, the Green Monastery is a very ancient abode, which, despite many tragic moments in its history, continues to operate today and attracts a great many pilgrims.

And the final point is the rocky town of Vardzia. Vardzia is located 18 km from Akhalkalaki, in close proximity to the border with Turkey. The city was created in the XII - XIII centuries during the reign of George III and his daughter, Queen Tamara to protect the southern borders of Georgia. Vardzia is not just cave rooms that are chaotically dug in a sheer cliff. This is a real multi-storey (!) Complex with streets, tunnels and stairs leading past monasteries, temples, fortresses, baths, libraries, residential buildings, etc. In total, over 600 rooms are connected by trails that stretched 800 meters long along the mountain mountains up to 50 meters high and eight floors high.

The history of the fortress has several millennia. The oldest archaeological layers excavated by archaeologists on the territory of the fortress date back to the 15th-17th centuries BC. There is a legend that the name Apsaros comes from the ancient Greek myth about the Argonauts. According to legend, the son of King Aet, Apsyrt, who was killed by Jason, was buried on this very place.
