These famous lines were written by M.Yu. Lermantov about the cross monastery - Jvari, our first stop. Jvari - krechtovy monastery of the 7th century.
Next, we will go to Mtskheta, the ancient capital of Georgia and visit the Svetitskhoveli temple, where, according to giving, there are many Orthodox values, such as: the chiton of Christ, the mantle of Elijah the Prophet, the heel of St. Andrew the First-Called.
Day 3 Kakheti - wine tour.
Breakfast.
Kakheti, how much is in this word! A few years ago, the whole world recognized that Georgia is the birthplace of wine.
We will start our tour with a visit to the winery of the Kinzmarauli corporation, one of the largest wine producers, where we will be told what is the secret of the "Georgian" wine making technology.
Next, we will invite you to dinner in a peasant family, where a traditional table will be laid for you from a Kakhetian hostess (additional charge).
The last point of our excursion will be Sighnaghi - the city of Love. Signagi is a small town in eastern Georgia, on a mountainside, in the historical region of Kakheti. The center of the historical-geographical region of Cyziki, located on terraces connected by winding steep streets.
Day 4 Free day or optional excursion to Kazbegi (additional charge)

So much has been said and written about the famous Georgian military road that every day it attracts more and more travelers from all over the world.
"Better than mountains, there can only be mountains that you have not yet been to" - the famous words of Vysotsky. Today we go to the mountains and feel the spirit of freedom.
Our first stop will be in Ananuri, a fortress that served as the main stronghold for the Aragvi eristavis, the rulers of this region. The fortress arose in the 16th century and over the next two centuries served as the northern outpost of the defense of Transcaucasia, blocking the road leading from the Darial Gorge.
Next, we will stop at the "Arch of Friendship", which was built as an observation deck in honor of the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of St. George.
The last point of our trip will be Gergeti, located at an altitude of 2,170 m at the foot of Kazbek along the Georgian Military Highway in the Georgian village of Gergeti, right above the village of Stepantsminda. Built in the 14th century, the shrine is the only cross-domed church in the Khevi region. Near the temple, a medieval bell tower has been preserved.
Day 5 Borjomi - Kutaisi - Prometheus

Today our first stop will be the famous balneological resort - Borjomi. Borjomi is a resort in the center of Georgia, famous throughout the post-Soviet space for its sources of healing mineral water. The name of the city has two Georgian roots: "borzh" - "fortress, wall" and "omi" - "war, battle". In ancient times, the city of Borjomi was a natural fortress, the walls of which were the mountains of the Caucasus. We will visit the famous Borjomi park with you and taste the water from the Ekaterinensky spring. Next, we will go to the unique Prometheus Cave - Legend has it that somewhere in this area, angry gods chained a young man to a rock because he gave the divine fire to people. For many years, every passing traveler saw all the torment of a recalcitrant youth named Prometheus. In honor of him, former President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili named this karst cave in honor of Prometheus in 2010. And finally - we will walk around the capital of ancient Colchis - the city of Kutaisi.
