Tbilisi is the capital of Georgia, which has absorbed so many eras and cultures that even local residents do not know all the mysteries and secrets that keep the labyrinths of this warm and beautiful city. Beautiful carved balconies, unique ceremonial, famous Tbilisi courtyards, this is all that the city is famous for.
We invite you to an original tour of the city!
During a walking tour with a professional guide, we will go up to the Narikala Fortress, see Tbilisi from a bird's eye view, visit the fig gorge and the famous sulfur baths complex, take a walk along the side streets of the famous Sharden region. In the evening, you will have dinner at the restaurant with a folklore program.
Day 2 Flight over the Mukhran valley and an excursion to Mtskheta.
Breakfast.
"A few years ago,
Where, merging, they make noise
Hugging like two sisters
Jets of Aragva and Hens,
There was a monastery "
On the observation deck, Jvari offers stunning views of the city of Mtskheta and the Svetitskhoveli temple, which will be our next stop on the Route.
Svetitskhoveli, according to legend, was built by the order of St. Nino, the Patriarchal Cathedral of the Georgian Orthodox Church in honor of the Twelve Apostles, in the city of Mtskheta, which for thousands of years has been the main cathedral of all of Georgia.
Then we walk along the streets of Mtskheta, a city included in the UNESCO cultural heritage, try Turkish coffee in the sand and buy famous Georgian souvenirs.
Chateau Mukhrani - The residence of the princes of Bagration-Mukhran. The construction of the Chateau Mukhrani lasted 12 years. The exotic word "chateau" in the name justified itself not only in the decoration of the estate (for the first time in Georgia there was parquet, a piano with gilding and billiards, Chateau Mukhrani was decorated with gilded Rococo-style gilded furniture from Italy, under ceilings painted by European craftsmen, huge crystal chandeliers sparkled, reflected in a truly royal piano with gilding), but also in the fact that wines built here produced European-style wines. In Chateau, we are waiting for an excursion, wine tasting and lunch.
But before that, you will enjoy the whole beauty of the Mukhranka Valley, flying over it in a balloon. These extraordinary and incomparable emotions will remain in your memory for a long time! And what photos mmmm!
Return and night in Tbilisi.
3 Day Excursion to Kakheti and wine tasting in Graneli.
Breakfast. Kakheti, how much is there in this word! Several years ago, the whole world recognized that Georgia is the birthplace of wine.
We will begin our tour with the famous and once developed city of Gremi, which was completely destroyed by the brutal Iranian Shah Abbas. The Arkhangelsk temple and bell tower have survived and exist to this day, and it is this complex that is now called "Gremi Castle"
Then we will invite you to a dinner in a peasant family, where a traditional table from the Kakheti mistress will be set for you (extra charge).
Next you will find a tasting of traditional and not only, as well as rare wines and chachas in the Graneli winery. These wines can not leave anyone indifferent.
Next, we will visit the Bodbe Monastery, where the grave of St. Nino is located, which brought Christianity to Georgia in the 4th century.
The last point of our tour will be Sighnaghi - the city of Love. Sighnaghi is a small town in eastern Georgia, on a mountainside, in the historical region of Kakheti. The center of the historical and geographical area of Kiziki. Located on terraces connecting winding steep streets.
4 Day Excursion to Kazbegi.
Breakfast. So much has been said and written about the famous Georgian military road that every day it attracts more and more travelers from all over the world.
“Better than mountains, there can only be mountains you have not been to before” are the famous words of Vysotsky. Today we go to the mountains and feel the spirit of freedom.
Our first stop will be in Ananuri, a fortress that served as the main stronghold for the Aragwa eristavs, the rulers of this region. The fortress arose in the 16th century and for the next two centuries served as the northern outpost of the defense of Transcaucasia, blocking the road leading from the Darial Gorge.
Next we will stop at the “Arch of Friendship”, which was built as an observation deck in honor of the 100th anniversary of the signing of the St. George Treatise.
The last point of our trip will be the Holy Trinity Church in Gergeti, located at an altitude of 2,170 m at the foot of Kazbek, along the Georgian Military Highway in the Georgian village of Gergeti, directly above the village of Stepantsminda. Built in the 14th century, the shrine is the only cross-domed temple in the Heavy region. After the temple, a medieval bell tower has been preserved.
